We at www.mosaicheaven.com will protect the privacy of our customers. We will never divulge any information about you to a third party. All information we gather about you is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. This will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Delivery Times
Our delivery aim is 3 to 7 working days or sooner unless a change is announced on our home page but we reserve the right to deliver within three weeks.

Contract Conditions
No contract will exist between you and us for any sale unless confirmation is received from us that your item can be processed and payment has been received by us. Most of the items are held in stock and we will make every effort to complete your order. No liability is accepted if we are unable to complete your order.

Order Acceptance
The acceptance of your order will be deemed binding when payment has been received and accepted by us.
The completion of the contract between you and us will be when the order has been dispatched to the address provided by you unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and any monies paid will be returned to you the customer.

Cancellation Policy
You must contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Acceptance of order cancellation will be at our discretion only.

Returns Policy
In the very rare event of returning an item, please return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. If the reason for the return is due to poor condition of the goods we will refund your carriage. If the reason for return is due to unsuitability we will not refund your carriage or ours for that item, but will refund the item cost -10% restocking fee. Bespoke and custom orders manufactured or altered to customer specifications are non- refundable.

Item availability
We will remove items from the website as soon as possible if the item is no longer in stock. If we receive an order which we do not have in stock, we will contact you to let you know. If we cannot contact you for any reason we will continue to process the order when our stocks are replenished.

Payments
We accept most credit and debit cards, bank transfers and cheques. We take payment from your card at the time we process your order and before it is dispatched.

About your card details
Your debit or credit card is processed on the sagepay secure server. You will receive a confirmation email for your records and your goods will be processed and in the post to you as soon as possible.
