We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your order
will be dispatched within one working day;
UK Standard Deliveries – are usually dispatched via Royal Mail. These deliveries are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, but may take up to 15 working days from date of dispatch. Should your order become lost in the post we will refund or resend your order after the 15 working days allowance. We reserve the right to dispatch your order via an alternative courier should we deem it necessary.
UK Next Day deliveries – will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce 24 (Estimated but not guaranteed) depending on the time of your order. A next day delivery service is a next working day delivery and therefore your order will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. Orders must be placed and payment cleared by 1:30pm Monday to Friday to ensure same day dispatch. Orders after 1:30pm will be dispatched the following working day.
We recommend your order is delivered to an address where your parcel can be signed for during the day, for example a work address, or with a relatives.
You can leave specific delivery instructions such as leave with a neighbour, but we are unable to guarantee these will be followed. We do not recommend that your parcel is left outside or left in an unsecured outbuilding.
Your Delivery cost will be calculated automatically during checkout according to the weight table below.

Please check the estimated delivery time and then add three working days in case of delays in transit. Once this delivery time has passed you should contact your local Royal Mail depot giving your house number and postcode as cards are not always left. After you have followed these steps and the Royal Mail have confirmed they do not have your order, you must contact us within 30 days in writing. We reserve the right to send replacement orders 10 working days after you received your ‘Order dispatched’ email. This is to allow the Royal Mail time to investigate your lost order.
If your order is returned to us because you did not pick it up from the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt, you will be required to pay the delivery cost to re-send the item.
