We always aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders with cleared payment placed before 1pm the same day, otherwise within one working day.
UK Standard Deliveries – are usually dispatched via Royal Mail tracked 24 & 48 hour service
Should your order become lost in the post, please contact us and we will thoroughly investigate all issues and work with you for the best outcome.
We reserve the right to dispatch your order via an alternative courier should we deem it necessary.
UK Next Day deliveries
Typically dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Parcelforce 24 hour service (Estimated but not guaranteed) depending on the time of your order. A
You are able to leave specific delivery instructions for the courier, such as leave with a neighbour, but we are unable to guarantee these will be followed.
We do not recommend that your parcel is left outside or left in an unsecured outbuilding.
Your Delivery cost will be calculated automatically during checkout according to the weight and delivery speed.

As the delivery time is an estimate, please three days in case of delays in transit. These can almost always be tracked via the tracking number which will be sent to you.
We reserve the right to send replacement orders 10 working days after you received your ‘Order dispatched’ email. This is to allow the Royal Mail time to investigate your lost order.
If your order is returned to us because you did not pick it up from the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt, you will be required to pay the delivery cost to re-send the item.
